What is the Ambassador Program?

Our Ambassadors are a corps of volunteers who are an important part of the work and the mission of The Renaissance Center. And you can join us! Choose to volunteer with Field Trips, ushering Concerts and Theatre Performances, assist with Events and Arts Programs, or help with the Tennessee Artisan Market! There are countless ways that you can give your time, talent, and enthusiasm to help out The Renaissance Center, the community and the arts. There are also several levels of appreciation awards available according to how many hours you volunteer. And, you get to see and hear all that goes on at The Renaissance Center!

How Much Time Is Involved?

That’s up to you! You choose your own assignments according to your interests and scheduling needs. A quarterly assignment sheet will be sent to you via mail or email and then you choose! Quarterly meetings are also held to update volunteers on new and upcoming opportunities.

Free Shirt and Banquet Too!

You will be given a Renaissance Center Ambassador embroidered polo shirt that should be worn during volunteer hours - but is yours to keep! In addition, The Renaissance Ambassadors will receive an invitation to the Annual Ambassador Gala and free performance of a Gaslight Dinner Theatre production.
